"This
class was full of information that can be used on all
jobs. His experiences were very educational as well as
humorous. The hands-on was very helpful. Break-through
on many new products that will ease any job. Maurizio is
god when it comes to polishing stone. His knowledge is
unbelievable. His creativeness is great. He is a wealth
of information. A great source for anyone. I would
recommend this class to beginners as well as
expertsbecause you never can know all tricks to one
trade!"

"Excellent
professional class. Interesting – held my interest. I
all likelihood I would probably be well advised to take
the class again in a year or two when I have some frame
of reference."

promise was clearly and carefully delivered. Thank you
for you attention to details and you time to develop
such procedure. Thank you!"

"This
training class was more than what I expected! The
training was answers to questions I have had for over a
year. It covered from the science of stone to the end
results of polished stone. I wish there were “refresher”
classes after this one. I look forward to put this
knowledge to work. I highly recommend class for
beginners and experienced."

"Ok "noobies"....listen
up. I attended Maurizio's class and should have sent
this email when I got off the plane but being eager and
enthusiastic I hit the ground running. I am a newbie
although I have been handling various types of floors
for a couple of years I finally took the plunge to
really learn what stone is and how to correctly maintain
it. I have been very lucky to get by doing "cosmetic"
maintenance to marble floors and not having to buy a
marble floor. Maurizio and his wife's knowledge of the
chemistry, marketing and maintenance blew me away. Let
me add that this class is not just for rookies. I was in
a class with 8, 10, 18 years of experience. From Seattle
to Canada the knowledge we were getting from this class
was illuminating. We exchanged ideas on chemicals to
equipment. They had as many questions as I did and they
too were blown away at the results of the honing and
polishing of the different types of marble and
especially the black granite. The main key point I
walked away with was that there is "NO ONE SYSTEM that
fits all!" Once you erase that thought habit your mind
is open to accepting Maurizio's teaching and start your
own thinking. I came back home and now understand more
of how important honing and polishing is to marble and
granite. I have began faxing my current customers to
inform them of my new knowlege and I have chosen one
customer to allow me to "practice" on his marble for
free. (Gotta start somewhere!) We also saw how Cement
can be polished. Amazing!!! Surpassing my expectations
is an understatement..for example I honestly thought we
would be looking for the wall clock waiting on the next
break but no one cared about breaks, including me and
what did we talk about at lunch...you guessed it...we
all had floor maintenance war stories. Maurizio gave the
hands on training and then we would bounce back to the
class room for his lectures. You can't take notes fast
enough, he tells you about his ups and downs, he tells
you how to market, he tells you the do's and don't's, he
tells you how to sell your skills. Well worth the
bucks...
Ok..you are saying where is the down side to this. The
only negative I have is the hotel..(not Maurizio's
fault) I think there were a bunch of partying
construction workers meeting going on and the hotel was
a bit retarded on telling these guys to shut up at 2:30
AM. And another negative...don't rely on the airlines to
get you there early in the morning. It’s best to fly
into Philly the night before.
I hope Maurizio has a "refresher" course later in 2005.
It would be great to refresh especially when it may or
(may not) take a couple of weeks or months to get your
customer list built up."
